Venice: Piazza San Marco Aperativo

A memory of sipping an Aperol Spritz in the Piazza San Marco, Venice has made me think...would I go back?

Historic, yes, beautiful, yes, romantic,yes, but also unremittingly touristic In the end I think it is definitely worth a visit but 3 days was more than enough.

What do you think? Was Venice everything you imagined or a tourist trap? 

 Vinotor's Venice tip: Soak up the Piazza San Marco but only buy one tall drink & whatever you do don't eat or else you'll need a second mortgage, as a guide a double espresso cost me 7€   

Also avoid the seats by the musician stands, they cost extra. You can sit & enjoy the classical music in the next cafe for a fraction of the cost
