Provence Rose cheese board
/It's probably not the best diet in the world but I don't care...it's seriously tasty!
A wedge of two of my favourite French cheeses and crispy bread biscuity things. Roblechon is always soft and creamy and so so much better than Brie.
Then Morbier is simply mind blowing. I would have to say that Morbier is up there in my top 5 cheeses of all time, which I admit is high praise coming from an Englishman, but I believe is thoroughly justified.
All washed down with a glass of pale delicate Provence rosé. A rosé that is normally best suited for a sunny afternoon picnic but slips down so easily it's a great evening wine. The perfect night in?
