Smoked Cobbler Salad
/Inspired by @klosully & her #kerrisown series of superfood recipes, I've gone ultra healthy for lunch with a homemade Smoked Cobbler Salad.
Simply toss together freshly cooked smoked cobbler, Spinach, Wild Rocket, Sliced Spring Onion, raw Carrot & mix of Quinoa, Grains & red rice.
Then dress with lemon, black pepper and a little extra virgin olive oil. So healthy, so tasty, so filling.
All I need now is a glass of Domaine Felines Jourdan Picpoul de Pinet from the tasting counter.
