Cheval des Andes 2003
/Homemade Pulled pork, apple slaw & beans matched with a beautifully mature Cheval des Andes 2003....on the day I moved out of my flat....does life get any better than this.
A blend of Cab Sauv, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, I would happily say this is one of the best Bordeaux blends outside of France.
