Vin Jaunes Tasting

Really enjoyed the Vins Jaunes Vertical tasting yesterday.

Amazing wines from the Jura starting at 2007, stretching back to 1988 including my favourite Chateau-ChalonMade from the Savagnin grape, Vin Jaunes is bone dry, complex & extremely long lived.

Aged for over 6 years in Oak Barrels under a thin veil of yeast, similar to 'flor' in Sherry. Crazy unique wines that are well worth tracking down.
