Ch de Tracy Pouilly Fume
/It's WineTime and yes there is truly a wine called Ch de Tracy! Haha It's actually a gorgeous Sauvignon Blanc from Pouilly Fume in France Clean, crisp and elegant.
This is not an intense wine, more of a delicate 'food' wine that will be beautifully lifted by a generous helping of smoked salmon It's steely dry, 'fresh' acidity' with green citrus flavour & it has a slight gunflint, smokey finish...mmmm.
It's an absolute classic Pouilly Fume, if you want a fruit bomb look elsewhere but if you want a subtle dinner party 'sipping' wine then this is perfect.
